Watermelon + Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles
Few things are more refreshing than the sweet taste of watermelon and the tarte taste of strawberry lemonade. A true combination of summer, these popsicles will be fun for the whole family to make and enjoy!
Ingredients for Watermelon Popsicles:
1, 32oz container plain Greek yogurt, separated
1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Watermelon Jelly
¼ cup dark chocolate chunks, roughly chopped
3 Tablespoons Stonewall Kitchen Mint Jelly
12 Tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
Optional: Red and Green food coloring for enhanced colors
Ingredients for Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles:
1, 32oz container plain Greek yogurt, separated
1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Strawberry Lemonade Jelly
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
Instructions for Watermelon Popsicles:
1. Place the Watermelon Jelly in a medium, microwave safe bowl and warm at 30 second intervals in the microwave until thinned. Whisk until smooth and add in 2 cups of yogurt. Whisk well and set aside.
2. Place the mint jelly in a small, microwave-safe bowl and warm for 30 seconds. Whisk until smooth and add in ½ cup yogurt and fresh mint. Whisk well and set aside.
3. Place the watermelon yogurt mixture into a measuring cup with a pourable spout. Fill each popsicle mold 2/3 of the way full. Dived the chocolate chips amongst the popsicles and using a skewer or popsicle stick, disperse the chocolate chips throughout the watermelon yogurt mixture. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes to allow the surface to start to freeze for better separation.
4. Remove from freezer and top each popsicle with a thin layer of plain yogurt and finish with a layer of the mint yogurt mixture. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for a minimum of 24 hours before serving.

1. Place the Strawberry Lemonade Jelly in a medium, microwave safe bowl and warm at 30 second intervals in the microwave until thinned. Whisk until smooth and add in 2 1/2 cups of yogurt. Whisk well and set aside.
2. Place the Strawberry Lemonade yogurt mixture into a measuring cup with a pourable spout. Fill each popsicle mold 2/3 of the way full. Dived the chocolate chips and strawberries amongst the popsicles and using a skewer or popsicle stick, disperse the chocolate chips throughout the yogurt mixture.
