Shipping

You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email when your order has shipped.

We offer flat-rate shipping. The best shipping method will be chosen based on the product's dimensions and weight. Please note that transit times may vary.

International Shipping

We only offer shipping to international schools currently signed with Charleston Wrap. Online orders can be shipped anywhere in the US, or to the international school via the Ship-to-School option. The Ship-to-School option means the online order will be sent with the school’s catalog product orders. Ship-to-School orders may be subject to freight & duty charges. We do not offer international shipping to individual customer addresses.

Returns

You can return item(s) purchased through Charleston Wrap up to 60 days after the recorded delivery date for a refund. Customers may be responsible for the return cost of shipping. To get started, please create a support ticket with details on your situation and include any necessary pictures.

Note on Personalized Items:  Personalized items, which include any items that require a pattern to be pressed/printed on an item, cannot be returned due to customer error. When you add a personalized item to your cart, a pop up notification will appear to confirm that your text & options have been entered correctly. After you've agreed to that statement and made your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued due to customer error.
