What are your online shipping options and rates?

You will receive a UPS tracking number via email when your order has shipped.

We offer flat-rate shipping. The best shipping method will be chosen based on the product's dimensions and weight. Please note that transit times may vary.

Alaska/International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping to schools in Alaska or abroad that are partnered with Charleston Wrap. If you order online, we can ship to you within the contiguous US or directly to your school using our Ship-to-School method. This means we'll send all orders together to the school for distribution. Please be aware that Ship-to-School orders may have additional freight and duty fees. We cannot provide shipping to individuals in Alaska or internationally at this time.

Returns

You can return item(s) purchased through Charleston Wrap up to 60 days after the recorded delivery date for a refund. Customers may be responsible for the return cost of shipping. To get started, please create a support ticket with details on your situation and include any necessary pictures.

Note on Personalized Items:  Personalized items, which include any items that require a pattern to be pressed/printed on an item, cannot be returned due to customer error. When you add a personalized item to your cart, a pop up notification will appear to confirm that your text & options have been entered correctly. After you've agreed to that statement and made your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued due to customer error.
