We only offer shipping to international schools currently signed with Charleston Wrap. Online orders can be shipped anywhere in the US, or to the international school via the Ship-to-School option. The Ship-to-School option means the online order will be sent with the school’s catalog product orders. We do not offer international shipping to individual customer addresses.
You can return item(s) purchased through Charleston Wrap up to 60 days after the recorded delivery date for a refund. Customers may be responsible for the return cost of shipping. To get started, please create a support ticket with details on your situation and include any necessary pictures. Masks/Gaiters cannot be returned, and Personalized Items cannot be returned due to customer error.
