Salsa Verde Guacamole
The tart sweetness of the tomatillo tomato mixed with cilantro gives this guacamole a bold flavor. Add to salads, top on tacos, or enjoy by itself.
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados (1 1/2 cups), peeled, diced and slightly mashed
1/2-1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Salsa Verde
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/4-1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a bowl, gently toss until mixed and uniform. Serve with tortilla chips. Garnish with sour cream and chopped cilantro if desired.
