Instructions for Use:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F - 400°F
2. Prepare garlic by trimming the top of the whole garlic head to expose the cloves.
3. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season as desired.
4. Place garlic inside roaster and cover with lid.
5. Always place roaster on a baking sheet to provide stability and catch any drips during roasting.
6. Roast for 35 - 60 minutes (less time if roasting at a higher temp), or until cloves are aromatic, tender, and golden brown.
7. Remove carefully using oven mitts and allow to cool slightly before serving.
8. Squeeze cloves from the bottom to remove from their skins - enjoy.
