We offer flat-rate and free shipping options for qualifying orders. The best shipping method will be chosen based on your location and your order’s dimensions and weight. Please note that transit times may vary.

Alaska/International Shipping
We currently ship to partnered schools in Alaska and select international locations using our Ship-to-School (STS) method. Orders placed online can be shipped within the contiguous U.S. or directly to your school for group distribution.
- Most Ship-to-School orders for Alaska, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and other international partner schools are subject to shipping and freight fees. Free shipping promotions generally do not apply.
- Additional freight and duty fees may apply.
- We are unable to ship to individuals in Alaska or internationally at this time.
- If your school is exempt from shipping or freight fees, this will be noted in your program materials.
Returns
You can return item(s) purchased through Charleston Wrap up to 60 days after the recorded delivery date for a refund. Customers may be responsible for the return cost of shipping. To get started, please create a support ticket with details on your situation and include any necessary pictures.

Note on Personalized Items: Personalized items, which include any items that require a pattern to be pressed/printed on an item, cannot be returned due to customer error. When you add a personalized item to your cart, a pop-up notification will appear to confirm that your text & options have been entered correctly. After you've agreed to that statement and made your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued due to customer error.
