Roasted Garlic Oil brings this traditional pasta dish from Italy to life. The robust garlic flavor is delicious and satisfying.
1 pound Montebello Spaghetti
1/2 cup Stonewall Kitchen Roasted Garlic Oil
1/2 cup fresh parsley, stems removed, chopped
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Parmesan cheese, grated for garnish
1. Boil water in a large pot. Add 1 tablespoon salt. Add pasta and cook according to instructions on the package. Reserve 1 cup of the water before draining the pasta.
2. Place pasta in a large serving bowl. Add the Garlic Parmesan Dipping Oil and toss until pasta is coated. Add the parsley and crushed red pepper and toss. Add reserved water from cooking the pasta a little at a time if the pasta seems dry.
3. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and serve hot or at room temperature.
