Meal Prep: Turkey "Sushi" Tortilla Roll Ups+ Grapes
Time to have fun in the kitchen and make your daily meal prep easier on you!
Ingredients:
Turkey Roll Ups:
1 regular tortilla
2 spreadable light cheese wedges
3 slices of turkey deli meat, thin sliced
1 handful of romaine lettuce
Grapes
Instructions:
1. Place your tortilla flat on a clean surface. Cover your whole flatbread surface with your spreadable cheese.
2. Set out your deli meat slices flat on your tortilla but only cover about 2/3 of the surface
3. Add your lettuce to the middle of your tortilla forming a line from top of the tortilla to the bottom.
4. Roll the tortilla from the meat covered side. Make sure to roll tightly with both hands.
5. Lastly, cut your tortilla roll into 5 pieces and place into your meal prep container.
Add your grapes into your other compartment of your meal prep container.
